By far the best pick they have made this decade. I like the pick, being an SEC guy, I got to see McClain terrorize offenses his whole career so I am down with the pick.

Al's made some boneheaded decisions in the past fey years...but he's not that far away. The Raiders also traded for Quentin Groves Wednesday. I think he'll try to snag a couple offensive linemen (Bruce Campbell is still on the board), a DT who can play nose tackle, a WR, a QB, and a GREAT athlete..in what order I don't know. But, the Raiders moves in the past week or so signal to me that they are going to a version of a 3-4. People say you can't play both (4-3 and 3-4) and be effective, but I think that is what Oakland is about to attempt to do. Really, the only person who tried to criticize the move was Tom Jackson..and he was squelched in a hurry. He's a Bronco tho, so, f*** him.

I think the Steelers and Ravens play both 3-4 and 4-3, they are just in the 3-4 more

you know Lane Kiffin is sitting back smiling right now. wasn't one of the biggest reasons for his being fired because he said Russell wasn't an NFL QB and Al didn't agree with him and it went down hill from there? now looks like with Campbell in the fold that Russell may be on the cutting block, not sure he they could make a trade.
